Family workouts and resources at home during COVID



It is hard right now but staying active and moving our bodies has a lot of benefits. Your mental health and physical health you can work on at home, for free, during COIVD. If possible take family walks (even if they are indoors) and partake in physical activity. The stress of the times affects kids and physical activity helps kids release that stress.
